According to Chris G1FEF, amprgate is suffering a massive DDoS attack. Since
the portal is now on BGP only, this DDoS is affecting the rip broadcasts from
getting to all enpoints successfully. When the attack stops (I don't know if
since Brian Kantor anyone knows BSD well enough to filter them) things should
return to normal. We haven't had a massive attack in a while so we're due.
