It should have capabilities for YAPP.   If you use something like
EasyTerm or QtTermTCP or any terminal that has it.  

It will upload to $BPQROOT/Files in linbpq, Windows I cannot tell you
have not tried it.  Maybe someone else can comment if its necessary.

If you examine the HELP command in BBS you should be able to figure out
it is there.  There is a LISTFILES or FILES command to list files and
YAPP to download.  To send you simply just send your YAPP file.

I just uploaded a test file fine.  I do not think there is anything
permission related in bpq tho.  Other than the owner of the process
running bpq must be able to write to that directory.
