I agree with you on that George, it is. Of the HTM bulletins I've seen
today one comprised of 55 lines, this included blank lines and headers
etc. The rest was all HTM with ONLY 9 lines of meaningful text.

Again I agree with George, if it is used SENSIBLY. But from past
experience it will be as George stated. If it comes I'll have to live
with it and hope it IS used sensibly but I somehow doubt it. Regards
