  I agree with you on that George,  it is. Of the HTM bulletins I've seen
  today one comprised of 55 lines,  this included blank lines and headers
  etc. The rest was all HTM with ONLY 9 lines of meaningful text.

I remember one of the long gone packeteers who came up with a type of HTML
where the commands were at the beginning and the rest of the message was
quite readable by us TPK users who didn't always want to go into Windows
and use a braowser.

I see no reason why, once done, it shouldn't become the norm. As for
'cloging the network' which was one person's regular cry against
7Plus,HTML
any interesting bit of the hobby he didn't agree with. Well, he got his
way
packet is now quite sparse and mainly devoted to discusions on radio
related topics so there is plenty of room for HTML. I was sent an SP in
HTML, the first one since I have been using Winpack. At least it proves it
works and he can't annoy anyone with an SP. Shame we haven't Bcc.
