There should be a lot of EU/US Winlink2000-capable Pactor stations on 10m band to try them,
look at gateways map on winlink.org

And you can give a try and not only pactor but packet and other modern soundcard-based
connected modes too!

There is de-facto 10m universal QRG was proposed by PE1RRR (sk) for Pactor, packet and other
connected/traffic modes:
https://eindhoven.space/radio-experiments/packet-radio/qrg/where-to-find-packet-on-10-meter-band-us-eu/

For more details of modes plan (modem bauds, tones) look for 20m band example:
https://eindhoven.space/radio-experiments/packet-radio/qrg/where-to-find-packet-on-20-meter-band/
On 10m its the same.

There was also 10m band common classic 1200bd packet QRG: 29250kHz FM, but possible just nobody active now :(

So try to run a node and beacons if you have interest and inform there.
10m band should be good open at least now and till next 2-3years, as we now on solar cycle maximum.

73, Sergej.
