Syntax: A(LTER) DIR(FORMAT) [ 0 | 1 ]
The date and time format of DIR/LIST/READ outputs can now by adjusted with.
Examples:
A DIR 0 german format: 31.05, with option Y: 31.05.01
A DIR 1 ISO format: 010531, with option Y: 20010531
