Syntax: SETU(SER) <call> <command> [<parameter>]
The command is the same like ALTER, but you have to add a call.
Example:
SETU DG3MFW F DB0AAB
is same like
CALL DG3MFW;A F DB0AAB
Other examples:
SETU DG3MFW NAME Matthias
SETU DL8MBT TTYPW xyzxyz
There are some ALTER commands, which can only be set sysop:
DELETE, FHOLD, RLIMIT, STATUS and TTYPW.
